Parrot's Plate

As a bird owner, I know how important it is to provide my birds with fresh and healthy food every day. I’ve read countless articles and talked to other bird owners about the benefits of a well-balanced diet for our feathered friends. That’s why I decided to start making daily chop for the birds – a mix of fresh fruits and vegetables that they would love.

It took countless of trial & error sessions in the kitchen to get a set of chop that my birds will actually eat. But soon enough, I realized that making daily chop was easier said than done. It was time-consuming to chop and portion out the produce every day, especially when I had a busy schedule. I found myself skipping days which I knew isn’t the best option for my birds.

I found a solution to my problem that allowed me to consistently provide my birds with fresh and healthy food without compromising on my schedule. Every first of the month, I prepared a new set of chop for my birds and for the resident birds I take care. I freeze them into easy to pop trays so that in the morning I serve chop first thing while the birds are hungry from a good night’s rest. This is how I’ve been providing Parrot’s Plate to myself for months and now after popular demand, I’m honoured to offer to others!
