We Board Right Through The Winter
An Ontario winter is a driving problem, not a boarding one. If you would rather not do the 401 in it, book the avian shuttle with your stay: it covers the GTA, is confirmed with you well ahead and is quoted by the distance to you.

Where are you?
4578 Gatineau Avenue, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2R8. We're called Bird Sitting Toronto and look after birds from all over the GTA, but our home — where your bird stays — is in Mississauga. Your confirmation includes the address and everything you need for drop-off day.
What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm; Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 3pm. You choose your drop-off and pick-up times when you book, so we're ready and waiting for your bird.
Can I visit before I book?
No — it's our family home, so we don't do in-person visits or tours. You can look around the bird room on the 360° tour in the free BST Mobile App.
What's the fastest way to get a boarding quote?
Our online quote. Pick your dates, your bird and any extras and you'll see your price right away — no waiting on a reply — and you can book it on the spot.
What if I can't drive my bird to you?
Our avian shuttle picks up and drops off across the GTA. You book it online with your stay, well in advance, and we confirm the times with you ahead of the day; it's priced by the distance to you.
How will I know how my bird is doing?
You'll get photos and videos of your bird every day in the BST Mobile App and by email. If anything changes with your bird, Samantha contacts you right away — you won't find out at pick-up. And you can always text 647-490-7156.

Couldn’t recommend Bird Sitting Toronto enough. We came from nearly an hour away because a friend recommended BST, and it was 100% worth it. They took such great care of our conure and kept us updated with adorable videos every single day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. You can really tell how much they care for the animals they look after. They also gave us such a thoughtful gift after our bird’s stay, which genuinely meant a lot to us and was such a kind touch. Amazing experience from start to finish, I would definitely go with them again anytime we need bird sitting. 5 stars all the way!

My baby has only been with her for a few days, but I already feel so relieved and grateful that I found her. I was so nervous being away from him, but she made me feel comfortable right away and has been so kind and reassuring. She sends me updates, which honestly means so much, and by the second day he already looked so settled, comfortable, and playful. He usually takes time to adjust, so seeing him like that so quickly says a lot. You can really tell she loves these birds and cares for them so well. Definitely recommend to anyone feeling nervous leaving their bird.

Hello, I had our gc conure with BST for over 3 weeks. I am very grateful for their amazing service and personalized treatment of both our bird and us.
