You can rest assured that your bird will get love and care in a pleasant, safe, and monitored setting when it stays at Bird Sitting Toronto. Your bird will be surrounded by other feathery companions and is exposed to a lot of human interaction. I was in need to find a new bird sitter for my Meyer’s parrot and Bird Sitting Toronto was a perfect location which provided excellent care and daily updates. This was my first experience using Bird Sitting Toronto and I will definitely be returning. Samantha is very friendly and approachable and responded to all my questions or concerns in a timely manner. After a 2 week stay I picked up my parrot to bring her home. When we got home, my parrot was loving and happy and playful and I could tell that she was well taken care of during her stay at Bird Sitting Toronto. I looked forward to using them again in the future. Thank you Samantha and family 😃Posted on AmanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Samantha is gem of a person, we adopted a cockatiel through her and she made sure the communication and the process remains smooth and clear. We are very happy with her and would recommend her to everyone. She is doing an amazing work rehoming the birds and taking care of them.Posted on Claudia AndradeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with Bird Sitting Toronto and truly cannot recommend them enough. I left my cockatiel, Cuchi, there for a week over the Christmas holidays while I was traveling, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Every day they sent me videos and updates of him, which meant a lot because I could see that he was happy, active, and well cared for. Samantha is incredibly professional and clearly very knowledgeable about birds. They also have a wonderful play environment where the birds can safely interact and socialize with each other. They even did a nail trimming service for him, and when we picked Cuchi up Samantha had prepared the sweetest Christmas gift, a food container with his name and a photo of him on it. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Overall, the experience was outstanding. Knowing that your bird is safe and enjoying their time while you’re away is absolutely worth it. I will definitely bring Cuchi back here anytime I travel.Posted on Caroline AckadTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took very good care of my conure for a trim.Posted on Roger DissTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Took my bird kiss for a nail trim, her nails were trimmed perfectly took like 10-15 minutes and most importantly to me was that my bird showed no signs of stress which is impressive I know she can be a handful lol Samantha’s obviously great at this will return!Posted on Tyler RackhamTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Samantha is truly exceptional. Her dedication to the well-being of both her own birds and those in her care is evident in everything she does. Having trusted her with my African Grey on several occasions, I was consistently impressed by her daily updates. They completely eased the guilt and anxiety that often comes with leaving a pet behind; seeing that my bird was happy and well-cared for provided immense peace of mind. I honestly trust Samantha with my parrot more than my own vet for boarding. While my vet is great for medical visits, the office environment isn't very 'warm,' and I always worry about my bird’s stress levels there. With Samantha, I know they are in a loving home. She also helped me rehome my parrot, Jack, and was so patient throughout the two-month process. She vetted dozens of applicants and kept me in the loop every step of the way until we found the perfect fit. I still get updates on Jack today, and seeing him thrive is all thanks to Samantha’s dedication.Posted on Kevin FernandesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After reading the amazing reviews and watching several of Bird Sitting Toronto’s YouTube videos (which are both educational and entertaining), I decided to bring my Green Cheek Conure, Elvis, in for a nail trim. Samantha was fantastic—professional, punctual, and most importantly very attentive to my feathered baby. It’s clear she truly cares about the birds she works with, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. Nothing but high praise for the outstanding service. I highly recommend Bird Sitting Toronto to anyone looking for trustworthy avian care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again for taking such great care of Elvis! 🦜 10/10Posted on Mike CaroneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hated to do it, but had to find a new home for our 9 year Conure “Tooty”...Could not care for her anymore due of wife’s illness. Wasn’t sure how to go about finding a home for her till we found Samantha. Her service was amazing. Found a family that adopted Tooty within a week!! Sent me a bio of the family she found and definitely put my mind at ease about where she was going. I know she’ll be well taken care of!! Highly recommend Samantha for re-homing or bird sitting.Posted on Anastasiia KovalchukTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
