I’ve been ordering chop from Samantha for a few months now and the experience has been nothing but great! Samantha was super communicative and accommodating right from the start, coordinating delivery times that work best for me and following up to ensure that I enjoyed my orders. Delivery is always quick and on time, and scheduling is flexible if you need to skip a month for any reason. As for the chop, Samantha changes up the recipe every month to keep things fresh! I can't recommend Samantha at Bird Sitting Toronto highly enough! She offers a much needed and well organized service to those who need to leave their feathered baby while traveling. Samantha cares about birdies and it shows. As first time clients we needed to leave our four month old conure while away on vacation.Samantha's daily video and photo updates gave us peace of mind that our little baby was well taken care of and having fun! This allowed us to enjoy ourselves and not be worrying about him the whole time. Samantha is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about bird care. I would not hesitate to leave our bird with her again.
Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I left my 2 lovebirds with her for a few days while on vacation and she took excellent care of them. She sent me daily videos and photos and kept me updated about how they were doing. Always so responsive and professional not to mention she’s always very sweet. They looked super happy in her care.
